John Segura

John Segura has an extensive career in military and defense roles, currently serving as the Director of Security Programs at Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) since November 2015, overseeing security strategies for a global workforce exceeding 80,000 personnel. Previous positions include Deputy Director of Security Programs at NAVSEA, Director of Intelligence Operations, and various intelligence roles within the U.S. Navy and the Department of Defense, including serving as Senior Defense Official at the U.S. Embassy in Malaysia. Segura's educational background includes a Master’s degree in National Security and Strategic Studies from the U.S. Naval War College and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the United States Naval Academy.
