Mike Kilbane

Mike Kilbane is an experienced procuring contracting officer with the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) since March 2009, focused on multi-billion dollar weapon system program acquisition portfolios. Currently serving as a principal business advisor within the Surface Systems Contracts Division, Mike exercises unlimited warrant authority in support of the Program Executive Office for Integrated Warfare Systems. Additionally, Mike has held various roles in the US Navy Reserve, including joint contingency acquisition support officer and operational contract support planner, contributing to a diverse background in logistics and contract management. Prior campaign and research experiences include positions with Northup for Congress, Senator Mitch McConnell, IRET, and Americans for Tax Reform. Mike holds a BA in Economics from the University of Maryland and a degree from the University of Kentucky.
