Mike Spotts

Mike Spotts currently serves as a Test and Evaluation Officer for PMS 401/425 at the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) since May 2019. Prior to this role, Mike held the position of Submarine Division Officer with the US Navy from July 2016 to May 2019. Previous experience includes completing a certification as Engineering Officer of the Watch (EOOW) on an operational S5W Submarine Reactor Plant after training at the Nuclear Power Training Unit from November 2015 to June 2016, and graduating from a rigorous six-month course at Nuclear Power School – Naval Nuclear Power Training Command (NNPTC) covering various engineering disciplines from November 2014 to May 2015. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Engineering Management from The Johns Hopkins University (2019-2021) and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Physics from The Ohio State University (2010-2014).
