Dianna Hayden

Director Of Education at Naval Aviation Museum

Dianna Hayden is currently the Director of Education at the Naval Aviation Museum Foundation. Prior to this, they were a Teacher on Special Assignment for Flight Adventure Deck at Santa Rosa County District Schools from 2008 to 2021. During this time, they facilitated the Flight Adventure Deck Program at the National Naval Aviation Museum, presented Professional Development for Escambia and Santa Rosa County Flight Adventure Deck teachers, and developed Flight Adventure Deck curriculum, including aligning it to Florida math, science, and language arts standards. Before this, they were a Mathematics Educator at Gulf Breeze High School from 2002 to 2008.

Dianna Hayden obtained a Bachelor's degree in Meteorology from the University of South Alabama between 1995 and 1999. Dianna then went on to earn a Master's degree in Secondary Curriculum and Instruction from the University of West Florida between 2003 and 2005. Finally, they completed an Ed. Specialist degree in Educational/Instructional Technology from the University of Florida between 2010 and 2012. Additionally, they have obtained ESOL Certification and Mathematics Teacher 6-12 certification from the Florida Department of Education.
