Guy Hanael is an experienced engineering leader currently serving as Senior Director of Engineering at Navan, having progressed through roles including Director of Engineering and Senior Engineering Manager since July 2021. Prior to Navan, Guy held various leadership positions at CWT from February 2017 to July 2021, including Director of Software Engineering, where responsibilities included managing R&D teams focused on traveler-facing products and ensuring delivery and quality across multiple platforms. Guy’s earlier career featured roles at HP, including Team Leader for HPE Operations Orchestration, and at Convergys as an Analyst and Developer. Educational qualifications include a Professional education in Engineering Leadership from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science from Tel Aviv University.
