Howard Baik

Howard Baik is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, governance, and strategic legal advisory roles. Currently serving as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Navan since June 2022, Baik also holds a position as Board Advisor at Derivita since 2018 and previously contributed as Chief Legal Officer at ClickUp and InsideSales.com. Throughout a career marked by leadership positions, Baik has managed legal teams, led fundraising efforts totaling over $125 million, and facilitated significant acquisitions, including a $1.2 billion sale during tenure at Ivanti. Baik holds an MBA in Finance and Strategy from UCLA Anderson School of Management, a JD from BYU Law School, and a BA from Brigham Young University.
