James Brennan Tsang

James Brennan Tsang is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as Commercial Counsel at Navan since September 2024. Previously, Tsang held the position of Corporate Counsel at ActionIQ from March 2022 to September 2024 and worked as an Associate Attorney at Moulinos & Associates LLC for a brief period in 2021. Prior experience includes a role as an Attorney at Edelson PC and various teaching and managerial positions in tennis programs, including founding the first American-owned tennis program in Chengdu, China. Tsang holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Illinois College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from St. Francis College.
