Jason B. Pham is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in global sales compensation. Currently serving as the Head of Global GTM Compensation at Navan since 2025, Jason drives effective compensation strategies to enhance productivity and performance for GTM teams. Previously, as Director of Global Sales Compensation at ThoughtSpot and Sr. Manager for Sales Compensation Programs at Unity, Jason developed and implemented compensation programs that supported significant organizational growth. A proven track record at VMware includes leading a global team overseeing sales compensation operations for over 2,500 participants. With earlier roles at Pivotal Software, Zuora, NetSuite, and Salesforce, Jason has consistently improved sales compensation processes and supported substantial growth in GTM operations. Jason holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Management from San Francisco State University.
