Jiachen

Jiachen Ma is a proficient software engineer currently serving as Software Engineer II at Navan since April 2024. Previously, Jiachen held a position as a DevOps Intern at Yahoo, where significant contributions included developing an AI Platform utilizing Large Language Models to enhance the CI/CD pipeline, implementing Terraform code automation, and designing a secure CD pipeline. Earlier experience includes research work at the Spatiotemporal Machine Learning Lab, where a physics-based traffic model was designed for forecasting using PyTorch, and an internship at the Arthur C. Clarke Center for Human Imagination, focusing on reinforcement learning and NPC behavior modeling. Educationally, Jiachen holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from UCLA and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from UC San Diego.
