Katherine Casey

Katherine Casey is an experienced professional in people development and onboarding, currently serving as the People Development Program Manager for Global New Hire Onboarding at Navan since March 2022. Prior to this role, Katherine held various positions at Zendesk from November 2017 to March 2022, including Onboarding Specialist and Senior Marketing Specialist, among others. Katherine began their career as a Technical Recruiter at Insight Global, where responsibilities included staffing and servicing companies in California, and supported Account Managers as a Sales Coordinator at NCC Media. Katherine holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Sociology from the University of Arizona and completed additional education at the University of New Haven.
