Kyle Grubbs

Kyle Grubbs is an accomplished financial leader with extensive experience across multiple sectors, including travel, retail, and technology. Currently serving as the Director of Global Operations and Services at Navan since January 2020, Kyle has successfully managed the full P&L for Travel Operation, achieving a 50% reduction in spending over three consecutive fiscal years. Previous roles include Finance Manager at Starbucks, overseeing a $500 million budget for thousands of stores, and Head of Finance at Wireless Advocates, where financial planning and analysis were crucial for business operations. A solid foundation in finance was built at Expedia Group and T-Mobile, where responsibilities included P&L ownership, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
