Maya Sinai is currently a People Specialist at Navan, where responsibilities include supporting U.S. operations since March 2023. Previously, as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Ethosia from April 2022 to March 2023, Maya managed the sourcing process and utilized innovative recruitment tools to locate and screen candidates. At BlueBird Aero Systems Ltd. from November 2019 to April 2022, Maya served as a Senior Technical Instructor, leading technical literature writing and managing professional UAV courses. Maya also held the position of Simulator Instructor with the Israeli Air Force from January 2016 to December 2018, where duties involved aircrew instruction for the M346 aircraft and overseeing major projects in the squadron. Maya is currently pursuing a Double B.A. in Psychology and Business Management at Reichman University, expected to graduate in 2024, and is part of Arison’s Honors Program.
