Penelope Maynard

Penelope Yamauchi is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in candidate experience, partnerships, and sales. Currently serving as the Director of Candidate Experience at Vendition since February 2020, Penelope has held multiple titles including Partnerships & Candidate Enablement and Partnerships Account Executive. Penelope is also a member of SDR Nation and was previously an Associate Member of Revenue Collective, contributing to discussions among top sales and marketing leaders. Penelope has a strong background in recruitment, having served as Vice President at Athletes to Careers, where efforts focused on diversity and inclusion in hiring practices. Additionally, Penelope's experience includes roles at Zipcar and IMG, where revenue growth and partnership management were key responsibilities.
