Carl Joisce

Carl Joisce is a skilled engineering professional with extensive experience in combat systems integration and project engineering. Currently serving as a Combat Systems Integration Engineer at Navantia Australia since September 2025, Carl previously held roles at Thomas Global Systems, where responsibilities included leading test and integration projects. Prior experience includes serving as a Product Planning Associate at Kia Australia Pty Ltd and as an Electrical Engineer at duagon, leading the IEDR Retrofit project. Carl began the engineering career as a Student Engineer while pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Technology Sydney, completed in 2020, following a foundational education at Knox Grammar School.
