Tom Phillips

Tom Phillips is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as a Field Engineer at Navantia Australia since September 2021. Prior to this role, Tom held the position of Marine Engineer with the Royal Australian Navy from June 2015 to September 2021. Earlier in their career, Tom worked as a Logistics Coordinator at Downer from March 2014 to June 2015 and as a Field Engineer at Baker Hughes from January 2011 to December 2013. Tom's leadership skills were demonstrated as Team Leader for UWA Motorsport in 2009. Tom Phillips holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Western Australia (2007-2010) and a Graduate Diploma in Project Management from Curtin University (2014-2015).
