Lorie Baker-Wallace has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Lorie started their career at Automated Sciences Group in 1989, where they served as a Hydrogeologist/Geochemist and provided hydrogeologic support to the Hazardous Waste Remedial Actions Program and the Installation Restoration Program. Lorie also played a key role in developing innovative technologies and received a patent for co-inventing the FAST technology.
In 1995, Lorie joined Operational Technologies Corporation as an Operations Manager and Project Manager. Lorie was responsible for developing the division's operating plan and business strategy, managing proposals for major procurements, and providing technical direction and contract administration.
Lorie then moved to Jacobs in 1999, where they initially served as a Project Manager. In this role, they acted as the Operational Sales Lead for the DOE Performance Unit and supported contract capacity filling and sales targets for various clients. Lorie later became the Regional Inside Sales Manager.
In 2005, Lorie joined Pro2Serve as the Vice President and Director of Business Development Operations. In this position, they led all corporate business development and marketing processes, directed strategies and plans for delivery across four corporate divisions, and achieved annual win rates. Lorie also developed sales and marketing materials for parent and new software subsidiary companies.
Additionally, Lorie assumed the role of Sr. Vice President Programs at Pro2Serve in 2008. In this capacity, they were responsible for key programmatic elements such as environment, safety and health, quality assurance, training, project management, and customer satisfaction. Lorie achieved key contract wins for multiple government agencies and commercial nuclear projects.
Lorie's most recent work experience is at Navarro Research and Engineering, where they currently hold the position of Program Manager. No specific start or end dates were provided for this role.
Lorie Baker-Wallace has a strong educational background in geology and geochemistry. From 1981 to 1985, they attended the New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology, where they earned their Bachelor's Degree in Geology. Following this, Lorie pursued further education and obtained their Master's Degree in Geochemistry from the same institution. Their educational journey has provided their with a solid foundation in these fields.
