Nicole Luke

Technical Writer/project Scientist at Navarro Research and Engineering, Inc.

Nicole Luke has over 20 years of work experience in the environmental field. Nicole started their career in 2000 at KBR, Inc., where they worked as a Technical Environmental Professional for a decade. In this role, they gained expertise in environmental management and regulations.

In 2010, Nicole joined HDR EOC as a Project Scientist. During their four-year tenure, they led Comprehensive Site Evaluations (CSE) for various Air Force and Air National Guard facilities. Nicole developed planning documents, published CSE and RI Reports, and established Quality Assurance (QA) Standards.

Afterwards, Nicole worked at DPRA as a GIS Specialist in 2014. In this position, they provided GIS and technical writing support for the Rocky Mountain Arsenal FY13 Annual Summary Report for Groundwater and Surface Water. Nicole also used SQL to query environmental data and edited well-system networks and groundwater levels in ArcMap figures.

Later in 2014, Nicole joined Navarro Research and Engineering as a Technical Writer/Project Scientist. Nicole'sresponsibilities included providing technical writing support for various reports and utilizing ChemStat Version 6.3 to calculate upper prediction limits for compliance wells.

Nicole Luke completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Environmental Science from the University of Denver, where they attended from 1996 to 1998.
