Heather O'Connell

Heather O'Connell has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Heather started their career as an Accounting/Marketing Intern at ARRO in 2008. Heather then transitioned to Hershey Entertainment & Resorts in 2002, where they served as a Food & Beverage Building Supervisor until 2011. From 2011 to 2014, Heather worked as an Administrative Assistant at RETTEW Associates, Inc. Following that, they served as an Administrative Assistant at Walz Group from 2014 to 2015. Heather then joined B&F Partners as an Administrative Assistant until 2018. Currently, they are employed at Navarro & Wright Consulting Engineers, Inc., where they initially worked as a Marketing Coordinator from 2018 to 2020 before taking on the role of Human Resources.

Heather O'Connell attended Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
