Matthew Rubbo

Matthew Rubbo began their work experience in 2015 as an intern at the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT), where they performed tasks such as bituminous materials testing and density testing of core samples. From 2016, they joined Navarro & Wright Consulting Engineers, Inc. as an intern and later became an Engineering Specialist. Matthew'sresponsibilities at Navarro & Wright included utility coordination and relocation inspection, assisting with environmental work, and cultural resources archaeology.

Matthew Rubbo received their high school education from Central Dauphin High School, where they attended from 2010 to 2014. Matthew then pursued their higher education at West Virginia University, majoring in Civil Engineering from 2014 to 2018.
