Mike Phillips

Mike Phillips has extensive experience in the field of construction and project management. Mike is currently the Director of Construction - CM/CI Services at Navarro & Wright Consulting Engineers, Inc. since October 2018. Prior to that, they worked for the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission for almost three decades. Starting as an Engineer Project Manager 3 in July 1989, they then became a Senior Engineer Project Manager - I95/I276 Construction in June 2015. Mike was responsible for managing various construction projects. Before joining the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission, Mike worked as a Resident Representative at Buchart Horn, Inc. from May 1988 to July 1989.

Mike Phillips completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Structural Design and Construction Engineering Technology at Penn State University in 1988.
