Steve Heiss

Steve Heiss has a diverse work experience in the engineering and consulting industry. Steve started their career in 1995 as a Project Manager at LDE, Inc., where they worked for 15 years. In 2012, they joined Soltesz as a Project Manager for a year. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as a Project Manager at Heery International, Inc. Steve then joined AECOM in 2016 as a Senior Water Resources Engineer and worked there until 2018. In 2018, they worked as a Senior Environmental Scientist at GPI / Greenman-Pedersen, Inc. Steve then joined Atkins in 2020 as a Senior Designer II and Purple Line ESC/SWM QC Manager for a brief period. Currently, they are working at Navarro & Wright Consulting Engineers, Inc. as an Assistant Project Manager starting from June 2021.

Steve Heiss obtained a Bachelor's degree in Geology/Earth Science, General from Frostburg State College, where they studied from 1982 to 1986. Following this, they attended the University of Maryland from 1986 to 1987, where they pursued studies in Engineering, although they did not earn a degree in this field.
