Mike Shanon has held various positions in the Sales and Recruiting fields. Mike has been the Chief Marketing Officer and Senior Manager Sales Operations at Navasal Inc. since 2020. From 2017 to 2020, they were the SR. Sales/Team Lead/OPT Recruiter at SKILL VOICE INC. From 2016 to 2017, they were the Senior Sales Recruiter at EA Team Inc., where they were responsible for gathering requirements from clients for both C2C and W2 consultants, uploading resumes and skill sets of W2 consultants in job portals, and handling the entire end-to-end recruitment cycle. From 2015 to 2016, they were the Sales Recruiter at HUMAC INC., where their responsibilities included posting profiles in job portals, calling vendors and clients for new projects, and gathering requirements from clients for both C2C and W2 consultants.

Mike Shanon completed their Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada between 2011 and 2015. Prior to that, they completed their Intermediate in MPC from Narayana Junior Collage Vijayawada in 2011. Mike Shanon also holds an SSC from Ravindra Bharathi Public School, Vijayawada which they obtained between 2007 and 2009. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in M.S. Office, C-Langage, and Adobe Photoshop PS4.
