James Stusse

James Stusse has over 17 years of experience in the engineering field. James began their career at New England Boatworks in 2004 as a Naval Architect & Project Manager, providing engineering support and design details for new vessel construction and all manners of service and repair. In 2011, they joined Bristol Harbor Group, Inc. as a Senior Naval Architect, assisting in all aspects of vessel design with emphasis on marine and mechanical engineering. In 2013, they moved to Navatek LTD as a Research Engineer. James then joined Navatek LLC in 2017, where they held the roles of Director of Advanced Concepts, Director of Business Development- Expeditionary Warfare, and Senior Research Engineer. Currently, they are a Scientist at Raytheon Intelligence & Space.

James Stusse obtained a Bachelor's degree in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from Webb Institute between 1996 and 2000.
