Navation Oy is an IT service company providing software development, system integration and project management services. The company was founded in 2014 by five professional colleagues who had worked together and known each other for over a decade. It is based in Hämeenlinna - only a short drive from the bustling capital region of Finland. 

The founders of the company have more than 70 years of combined experience of working in various roles involving every phase of software development process from project management and designing to implementing and maintenance. Among the core skills and technologies are Microsoft .NET Framework, Java SE and EE platforms and most commonly used databases not to mention SharePoint and Dynamics CRM frameworks from Microsoft or SOA based ESB solutions like BizTalk and Sonic.
