Ben Pearson

Head of Sales & GTM at Navattic

Ben Pearson is currently the Head of Sales & GTM at Navattic. Prior to this, they were with Front from February 2020 to April 2021 as a Sales professional. Ben was also with Square from May 2017 to February 2020, where they held the title of Account Executive SMB 2. During their time at Square, they attained Presidents Club status in 2020 and had an average attainment of 133%. Their responsibilities included leading outbound training for AE's and BDRs focused on targeted prospecting and creating consistent outbound pipeline, as well as managing a book of business ranging from 15-30 million dollars. Prior to Square, Ben Pearson was with Beacon Athletics from November 2015 to May 2017 as a Sales And Marketing Representative, where they were responsible for supporting sales, marketing, warehouse and administrative areas.

Ben Pearson has a Bachelor’s Degree in Theirtory from Hope College and a High School Diploma from Madison West High School.

They are on a team with Natalie Marcotullio - Head of Growth & Operations, Randy Frank - Co-Founder, and Chris Hoyle - Co-Founder & CTO. Their manager is Neil McLean, Co-Founder & CEO.
