Cynthia Castello has a long history of work experience. Cynthia has been in the workforce since 1999. Cynthia began their career at Expert Global Solutions (now Alorica) where they held the role of Operations Support Supervisor. In this role, they assessed employee performance, supported the Quality Management Program, evaluated and reported on technical performance, and managed a team of up to 100 employees. In 2016, they moved to McKesson where they held the role of Location and Support Coordinator. Here, they were responsible for assisting various initiatives within Customer Service to maintain order to ship cycle expectations, taking escalated calls and critical cases to resolve patients order issues, and performing analysis of all required documentation guidelines. In 2020, they moved to Labcorp where they held the role of Support Services Supervisor. Currently, they are employed at NAVERIS as a Clinical Laboratory Coordinator.

Cynthia Castello attended the State College of Florida-Manatee-Sarasota from 2014 to 2016, where they earned an Associate of Arts (AA).
