Arjumand Khan

Arjumand (Shan) Khan has extensive work experience in executive and financial roles. Arjumand (Shan) started their career as a Worldwide Research Accounting Intern at International Business Machines in 2004. Arjumand (Shan) later became a Fixed Assets Accountant and then an Internal Audit Team Leader at the same company, where they led global audits and investigations.

In 2012, Khan joined Bank of America as an Assistant Vice President and Senior Auditor II, where they evaluated customer experience enterprise risk driver data and conducted audits based on complaints volume and significance.

From 2013 to 2015, they worked at Cure Partners as a Project Management Executive/Controller, where they developed financial models for an acquisition and managed project lifecycle over system development and implementation.

In 2015, Khan joined General Motors as a Senior SOX Program Management Officer, where they managed the SOX and Internal Control Over Financial Reporting program and compiled reports for compliance.

Starting in 2018, Khan held various roles as Chief Financial Officer at Design & Engineering Systems Ltd, Sharina World, UrgentWay (Walk-In Medical Center), NaVetor, and Cure Partners. In these positions, they directed and managed teams, established key performance indicators, and provided financial analysis and projections to support business growth and profitability.

Arjumand (Shan) Khan completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance and Strategy from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from Penn State Great Valley between 2001 and 2005. Their earlier education includes attending the International School of Choueifat-Lahore, although the specific degree and field of study are unknown. In terms of certifications, Arjumand has earned the titles of Certified Public Accountant from the North Carolina Association of CPAs in 2019 and the North Carolina State Board of CPA Examiners in the same year. Furthermore, they also hold certifications as a Certified Internal Auditor from The Institute of Internal Auditors Inc., obtained in 2014 and 2015.
