Carrie Penman

Carrie Penman is the Chief Risk & Compliance Officer at NAVEX. Carrie has over 20 years of experience in the field of ethics and compliance. Carrie began their career as an Ethics Officer at the Westinghouse Electric Corporation, where they served for 20 years. In their role as Deputy Director and Ethics Officer at the Ethics and Compliance Officer Association (now ECI), they were responsible for developing and implementing ethical standards for the organization. In their current position, they are responsible for overseeing all compliance-related activities at NAVEX.

Carrie Penman has a Bachelor of Science in Textile Science from Purdue University.

They are on a team with Shon Ramey - General Counsel, Bob McCarter - CTO, and Andrew Bates - CFO. Carrie Penman reports to Sean M. Thompson, President & CEO.
