Joan Redlinger

Director - Customer Support at NAVEX

Joan Redlinger has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Joan began working at EthicsPoint in 2004 as a Contact Center Employee, providing assistance and problem-solving for clients. Joan was promoted to Senior Account Specialist in 2008 and continued to work closely with clients, assisting them in the implementation and customization of the EthicsPoint systems.

In 2011, Joan joined NAVEX Global as a Business Solutions Consultant, where they worked with clients to implement their systems and maintained relationships with existing clients. Joan later transitioned to the role of Project Manager, responsible for managing various projects. In 2018, they were promoted to Senior Manager of Customer Support, overseeing the support team's activities.

Since 2019, Joan has been serving as the Director of Customer Support at NAVEX Global, leading the customer support efforts of the company.

Joan Redlinger completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology at the University of Oregon between 1999 and 2003.
