Manish Kainth

Manish Kainth has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Starting in 2003, they worked at RELXgroup as a Sales Manager for XpertHR and later as a Customer Loyalty Manager for LexisNexis. In 2007, they held the position of Head of Sales at Baptie & Company before becoming an SMB Manager and Project Manager at OneSource Information Services. From 2010 to 2011, they served as an Account Director at DataMonitor. Manish then joined Infonetica Ltd as a Project & Global Sales Director from 2011 to 2014. In 2014, they joined ON24 as an Account Manager, handling EMEA accounts. Manish also worked as a Business Development and Project Manager at MegaNexus Ltd from 2015 to 2017. In 2016, they became the Chairperson at the British Airways Tennis Club. From 2014 to 2022, they concurrently served as the Owner and Director of MK1 Technologies Ltd. Most recently, they joined NAVEX in 2017 as a Sales Director, and in 2022, they were promoted to the position of Director of Sales, SME. Manish Kainth's extensive experience includes sales, project management, and leadership roles across multiple sectors.

Manish Kainth completed a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Materials Science & Engineering from Queen Mary University of London from 1990 to 1994. Manish also attended Kingston College from 1989 to 1990 for a Special Paper in Chemistry. Prior to that, they attended Heston Community School from 1981 to 1989, where they completed their A levels. In addition to their formal education, Manish Kainth obtained several certifications, including PRINCE2® Practitioner Certificate in Project Management from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT in 2015, Social Selling Mastery 2.0 from Sales for Life in 2015, PRINCE2® Foundation from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT in 2014, Good Clinical Practice from the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Medicine in 2012, and a CIM Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing from The Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) in 2010.
