Melissa Adams

Melissa Adams has a diverse work experience in the field of talent attraction and recruitment. Melissa has worked at various companies and held positions of increasing responsibility. From 2001 to 2002, they worked as a Recruiter at RWJ & Associates. From 2002 to 2005, they were a Recruiting Manager at Accountants International. In 2010, they worked as an HR Generalist at ClearEdge Power. From 2011 to 2012, they were an Engineering Recruiter at Kelly Engineering Resources. In 2012, they worked as a Professional & Technical Recruiter at InfoGroup Northwest. From 2013 to 2014, they were a Senior Recruiter at ANI PSG. From 2014 to 2017, they worked as a Business Development Manager at Experis. Since 2017, they have been working at NAVEX, starting as a Sr. Manager of Recruiting & Employment Brand, then progressing to the role of Director, Senior Director, and currently as Associate Vice President of Talent Attraction.
