Sarah started their career at British Airways, serving as the Head of Direct Marketing, UK, Head of Global Contact Centres - Asia Pacific, and Executive Club Marketing Manager.

Sarah Ford earned a Diploma in Marketing from CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing in 2003-2004. Sarah also completed a Level 2 Teacher and Open Water Coach certification from the Institute of Swimming, and obtained a Leader in Running Fitness qualification from UK Athletics, specializing in Sports and Exercise.
