Scott Ferguson

Scott Ferguson has extensive work experience in the technology and financial industries. Scott is currently the Director of Solution Engineering at NAVEX, where they lead a team responsible for helping customers solve complex problems and supporting the sales team. Prior to this, Scott worked at Smarsh for several years, initially as an Account Executive and then as a Manager and Senior Manager of Solutions Engineering. In these roles, they supported the sales process, managed a team, and guided clients in implementing compliance and marketing solutions. Before Smarsh, Scott held various roles at Western Asset Management and the Los Angeles Times, gaining experience in client service, reporting, fund administration, ad sales, and financial analysis.

Scott Ferguson holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics from Occidental College. Scott has also obtained various certifications, including Lean Change Agent - Explorer from the Lean Change Management Association in 2022, Smarsh Certified Enterprise Supervision Reviewer, Smarsh Certified Professional Archive Supervision Administrator, and Smarsh Certified Vantage Server Administrator from Smarsh in 2020, and AWS Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in 2019.
