Jordan Baxter

Jordan Baxter is an accomplished operations professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Head of Operations at Navi Nurses since July 2025, Jordan previously held multiple positions at Qwick, including Vice President of Operations, Director of Operations, Operations Manager, and Operations Coordinator from February 2020 to May 2025. Earlier experience includes roles as an Operational Readiness Analyst and Rotational Analyst at Direct Energy from July 2016 to February 2020, as well as an Operations Intern at the same company in 2015. Jordan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Oklahoma, completed in 2016, and also undertook education at the University of Reading in 2015.
