Henrik Lemvig possesses extensive experience in air traffic control, having served at Naviair from February 1990 until retirement, and previously with the Royal Danish Air Force from August 1985 to February 1990. Educationally, Henrik Lemvig graduated from Nørresundby Gymnasium between 1978 and 1981.

Naviair
Provision of air navigation services is Naviair’s first and foremost priority, i.e. to provide its services in an efficient and expeditious way, guiding aircraft safely through Danish airspace with minimum delays. Naviair offers training of all operative staff at its own college - of which that of Air Traffic Controllers constitutes the primary part - and operates and maintains the advanced technical systems and air navigation aids. The initial training takes place at Entry Point North, the joint Scandinavian Academy i Malmö. Naviair has a staff of approximately 640 persons most of which are Air Traffic Controllers and technical staff, and runs a business of approximately DKK 900m a year.
