Lise Kronborg

Director International Strategy at Naviair

Lise Kronborg has a diverse and extensive work experience in the aviation industry. Lise has worked at Naviair in various roles, starting as an ATS-expert from 2000 to 2004. Lise then became the Airspace and Flow Manager, responsible for airspace management and participating in Eurocontrol forums. From 2006 to 2010, Lise held managerial positions at Naviair, overseeing operational support and operational planning. In 2010, they joined NUAC HB and took on the role of Head of Airspace, Procedures, and Operational Concepts, where they played a crucial role in building the company. Lise returned to Naviair in 2012 and held positions such as Deputy Manager of Strategic Programmes and Head of Strategic Programmes. Currently, they are the Director of Operational Strategy and Compliance, responsible for strategy development, compliance, and cross-functional coordination with authorities. Lise has a strong background in operational strategy, compliance, and overall ATM core business development.

Lise Kronborg completed their MBA at AVT Business School from 2008 to 2010, earning a Master of Business Administration degree with a focus on Business Administration. In 2009, they attended China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) for a brief period to study Diversity and Finance. Lise also attended the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business in the same year to study Organizational Behavior. Prior to pursuing their MBA, Lise Kronborg obtained a Certificate in Business Administration (CBA) from AVT Business School in 2007. Additionally, they attended Harvard University in 2007 to study Leadership.

Naviair

Provision of air navigation services is Naviair’s first and foremost priority, i.e. to provide its services in an efficient and expeditious way, guiding aircraft safely through Danish airspace with minimum delays. Naviair offers training of all operative staff at its own college - of which that of Air Traffic Controllers constitutes the primary part - and operates and maintains the advanced technical systems and air navigation aids. The initial training takes place at Entry Point North, the joint Scandinavian Academy i Malmö. Naviair has a staff of approximately 640 persons most of which are Air Traffic Controllers and technical staff, and runs a business of approximately DKK 900m a year.
