Jocelyn Zajac

Jocelyn Zajac has a diverse and comprehensive work experience. Jocelyn is currently working as a Senior Project Manager at Naviant since January 2022. Prior to this, Jocelyn worked at Epic, where they held various positions over the years. From April 2020 to November 2021, they served as a Team Lead. Jocelyn also held the roles of Implementation Success and Risk Lead, Application Manager, Account Executive, Director Of Implementation, Process Improvement Lead, and Application Coordinator during their tenure at Epic.

Before their time at Epic, Jocelyn gained experience at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Jocelyn worked as a Laboratory Assistant from June 2014 to May 2016 and as an Undergraduate Research Assistant from September 2013 to May 2016.

Jocelyn Zajac completed their Bachelor's Degree in Biology/Biological Sciences, General from the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 2012 to 2016. Prior to that, they attended Mahtomedi High School from 2008 to 2012, where they obtained their High School diploma. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained several certifications, including Learning Microsoft Project from LinkedIn in January 2022, Epic Willow Inventory from Epic in February 2017, Epic Willow Ambulatory from Epic in August 2016, and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance in January 2022.
