Kathy Cooper

Kathy Cooper currently serves as Vice President of Finance at Navico Group since March 2024. Prior to this role, Kathy held various positions at Snap-on from April 2018 to March 2024, including Division Controller and Operations Controller. Kathy also worked as an Adjunct Accounting Instructor at Carthage College from January 2017 to April 2018. As a Multi-Unit Franchise Owner & Operator, Kathy managed several Subway locations from August 2009 to December 2016. Earlier in Kathy's career, extensive experience at Snap-on Tools from May 2000 to September 2007 included roles such as Operations Controller, International Finance Manager, US Accounting & Finance Manager, and Senior Financial Analyst. Kathy holds a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Accounting from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
