Sam Carlisle

Sam Carlisle serves as Product Director for Fishing Systems at Navico Group, a division of Brunswick Corporation, since July 2022, overseeing the global product portfolio for Lowrance and MotorGuide. Responsibilities include defining product leadership, developing five-year plans, conducting market analysis, and ensuring product quality. Prior experience encompasses roles such as General Manager for MotorGuide at Advanced Systems Group and Attwood Corporation, where responsibilities included business strategy development, team leadership, P&L management, and operational oversight. Additional experience includes various managerial positions at Cabela's and forestry technician roles at the US Forest Service. Sam holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Wildlife, Fish and Wildlands Science and Management from The Ohio State University.
