Lauren Quagliariello

Lauren Quagliariello has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Lauren most recently worked as a Sales Representative at Navicore Solutions starting in October 2020. Prior to that, they were a Legal Consultant at Tomes Law Firm starting in July 2019. Before entering the legal field, Lauren worked as an Administrative Assistant at Desmarais LLP, supporting the HR Director and HR Recruiter, as well as assisting in the recruitment process of new associates. Lauren also worked as an Administrative Assistant/Consultant at Tomes & Hanratty, P.C. | Law Firm, performing various administrative tasks and conducting research. In 2015, Lauren served as an Office Manager, HR at IPsoft, where they welcomed visitors and trained new staff. Lauren also worked as an Intern Program Coordinator at Mandell JCC of Greater Hartford, facilitating field research and providing feedback to management. Lauren gained experience working with children as an After School Program Assistant at The University of Hartford Magnet School (UHMS), where they supervised and assisted with homework. Additionally, they worked as a Summer Camp Counselor at Manalapan Parks and Recreation, leading daily activities for 7th graders, and as a Teaching Assistant at Annie Fisher School, where they performed administrative functions. Lauren began their career as a Hostess at IHOP, where they demonstrated exceptional customer service skills.

Lauren Quagliariello completed their high school education at Manalapan High School from 2007 to 2011. Afterward, they attended the University of Hartford from 2011 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology. In 2017, Lauren completed a seminar and received an accreditation in Human Resources.
