Amanda M. has over 10 years of work experience in various roles. From 2015 to the present, they have been the Product Liability and Customer Care Manager at Navien, Inc., where they oversee daily operations of the Customer Department and creates/maintains department procedures and policies. From 2013 to 2015, they were the Supervisor at Ships US, LLC, where they assisted with running an international package forwarding shipping firm and an e-commerce site selling various products. During their time there, they helped grow the company from a business being run out of a garage into a 2000 sq. ft. warehouse. From 2006 to 2013, they were the Client Liaison at Allstate Financial Services, LLC.

Amanda M. obtained an Associate's Degree from Mt. San Antonio College in 2014. Amanda also holds a certification from Ramona Shaw LLC in Leadership Accelerator, which they obtained in July 2022.
