Bac Dang has over 17 years of experience in the water heater and boiler industry. Bac began their career in 2005 as a Technical Service Supervisor at Noritz America, where they were responsible for supervising technical support call center operations, handling document processing and reports for product returns, and training West Coast Region service providers. Bac was later promoted to Technical Engineer, where they answered technical questions and troubleshot tankless water heaters, tested and repaired product returns, and designed plumber diagrams using AutoCAD software. In 2012, they joined Navien America, Inc. as Technical Service and Quality Assurance Manager, where they oversaw two technical support call center offices operations (California and New Jersey) for a Korea based manufacturer of tankless water heaters and boilers, and managed a staff of 40+ team members. Bac was constantly looking to improve customer service experience and performance of team members.

Bac Dang attended UC Irvine from 1999 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
