Josh Duckett has worked in sales management for over two decades. Josh began their career in 1996 as Sales Manager for EnergyGard Windows And Doors. In 2006, they moved to Noritz America Corp. as West Coast Regional Sales Manager - Commercial Division. In 2013, they joined Navien America, Inc. as Builder Sales Manager.

Josh Duckett obtained their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from California State University, Fullerton between 1992 and 1996.
