Mustafa Dinani

Mustafa Dinani has a diverse and extensive work experience. Most recently, they are the Co-Founder and CEO of Navierre, a position they have held since January 2022. Before that, they co-founded and served as the Board Chair of Umoja Outreach Foundation starting in October 2012. Prior to their current roles, they were the Co-Founder and CEO of Synergy Health Advisors from March 2020 to January 2022. Mustafa also worked at Swiss Re as the Vice President - Life & Health from April 2014 to October 2020. Mustafa began their career at EY as a Manager from September 2008 to March 2014, and prior to that, they worked as a Senior Actuarial Analyst at Cigna from October 2004 to August 2008.

Mustafa Dinani attended Aga Khan Mzizima Secondary School in Dar Es Salaam from 1994 to 2000. Mustafa then pursued a Bachelor's degree at McMaster University from 2000 to 2001, with a focus on Year 1 Sciences. Subsequently, they attended the University of Toronto from 2001 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science and Mathematics.
