Jackie Kane Ottoson

Jackie Kane Ottoson serves as a Senior Partner at Naughtin Group since 2025, specializing in global retained search to deliver high-performing leaders. In addition, Jackie is an Executive Consultant at Navigate Forward, focusing on executive career transition consulting. As President and Owner of Ottoson Consulting, LLC since 2013, Jackie provides fractional and interim CHRO services, as well as executive coaching.
