Tim Bot, PCC, MA, serves as the President and Principal of Bot Coaching and Consulting since 2013, specializing in coaching, consulting, and facilitation across various industries. Simultaneously, Tim holds positions as an Executive Coach and Consultant at The Bailey Group and as an Executive Consultant and Practice Lead for FAST START Executive On-Boarding at Navigate Forward, Inc. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President and Head of Human Resources at Proto Labs, Human Resources Director at Boston Scientific, and HR Leadership roles at General Mills. Tim's educational background includes an MA in HRIR from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management and a BS in Management and Social Science from Saint John's University.
