Jim Coe

Jim Coe has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Jim began their career as the President of J.F. Coe Co Inc, a manufacturers representative in the industrial capital equipment sector. Jim later transitioned to the energy sector, working as a BDM/Regional Director for Glacial Energy, where they sold electrical services to corporate and industrial accounts. Following this, they worked as a Sales Representative at Better Cost Control and as an Independent Sales Representative at Lighting-Services Inc, both focused on energy services. Jim then worked as an Energy Specialist at Volunteer Energy, where they advised clients on lowering costs with utilities. Jim also served as a Regional Sales Manager at Navigate Power, a licensed broker for electrical, natural gas, and solar energy. In 2015, Jim became a Licensed Realtor at Berkshire Hathaway Home Services/Simon-Salhany Realty Co, assisting clients with buying and selling homes in Ohio. In 2017, they joined eXp Realty, an agent-owned cloud-based company, as a Licensed Realtor. Currently, they are the President of JFC Ventures LLC.
