Michael C. has a total of five years of work experience in the software quality assurance and IT support fields. From 2017 to present, they have been working at Navigate Surgical Technologies Inc. as a Software Quality Assurance Tester, where they have participated in specification reviews, test planning, creation and execution of test cases, defect reporting, bug fix verification, and software validation. Michael has also established and understood user requirements for development projects, and compiled accurate user test plans, test data, and test cases with their expected results. From 2013 to 2017, Michael C. worked at Volt in various roles. As a Development Support QA, they performed functional, regression, end-to-end, GUI, black box, white box and acceptance testing, and maintained and updated test documentation between releases.
