Tatsiana Martynava, CPA, currently serves as the Controller at Navigate since June 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Manager of Financial Reporting and Finance Manager at Dechert LLP from January 2018 to June 2021. Tatsiana also held the position of Audit Manager and Audit Senior at Mazars USA LLP from November 2014 to December 2017, with a secondment as an Audit Senior at Mazars in Australia in mid-2016. Earlier experience includes working as an Audit Senior at Rosen Seymour Shapss Martin & Company LLP from November 2011 to November 2014, and as an Intern at the same firm in early 2011. Tatsiana holds a Master of Science in Taxation and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting, both from Baruch College.
