Anne Pike has extensive experience in user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design. Anne is currently working as the Director of User Experience at Navigate360 since 2023. Prior to that, they were the Senior Director of Product Design at start.ly from 2021 to 2023, where they led the design and launch of an ITSM/PMO software application. Before that, Anne worked as a Lead UI/UX Designer at RxRevu, Inc. from 2020 to 2021, focusing on improving the user experience of healthcare professionals.
In 2020, Anne also worked at USAA as a Lead Designer, where they provided guidance to developing designers within the organization and collaborated with cross-functional teams to ensure an exceptional user experience. From 2018 to 2020, they served as the UX Manager at Avionte Staffing Software, leading a team of UX designers and designing intuitive solutions for end users.
In 2017, Anne worked as the UX Design Team Manager at Spok, leading a team of UI and UX designers and overseeing the launch of a product. From 2010 to 2016, they were a Senior UI/UX Designer at Optum Technology, leading design and research for various projects.
Prior to that, Anne had experience as a Graphic Designer/Art Director at the Minneapolis Automobile Dealership Association, where they were responsible for designing marketing materials. Anne also worked as a Creative Director at Eaton Corporation from 2002 to 2005, managing contract graphic designers and integrating a new corporate identity. In 1999, they started their career as an Assistant Art Director at Alternatives Communications Group, handling production, illustration, and graphic design for various companies.
Anne Pike attended the Academy of Holy Angels from 1991 to 1995, where they completed their high school education and studied general education. Anne then attended Brown College from 1995 to 1996, focusing on advertising design. In 1996, they transferred to the Art Institute of Minneapolis, where they pursued a degree in Computer Art and Animation and graduated with an Associate of Arts (A.A.) in 1999.
